On Friday, President Bush met military commanders to discuss changes needed in Iraq tactics.
In his weekly address he made it clear he wouldn't abandon his goal of building a self-sustaining democratic government in Iraq.
And that he wouldn't withdraw U.S. troops from the battlefield before the mission was complete.
